Shipping and Returns

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer free shipping on standard Australian orders over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a $7.99 shipping fee. The estimated delivery time is 2-8 business days but can vary.

Express shipping on Australian orders have a fee of $14.99 and can take up to 5 business days. 

For international customers, orders have a standard fee of $14.99 AUD.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders have a standard delivery fee of $14.99AUD. Delivery times will vary depending on the country, it will usually be anywhere from 6-27 days. Please take into consideration potential delays with customs and public holidays as well.

Express shipping fees are dependent on the delivery location and parcel weight and will be calculated at checkout. Express delivery times also vary depending on the country, but can be anywhere from 6 to 20 days. An estimate will be given at checkout, or if you would like to enquire further, you can reach out to us at hello@allaboutmay.com and we will be happy to assist where we can!


All custom fees, taxes and any other additional costs associated with your purchase overseas are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the cost of the order or shipping fee.  We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to your purchase. 

All About May is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

We do not offer refunds for these costs.

If an order is refused by a customer due to custom fees, the parcel will be held for two weeks and then be abandoned if these fees are not paid in this time. 

All About May is not responsible for the handling of an abandoned order. 

 

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

 

 

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • AUSTRALIA - your return or exchange must be initiated via our Returns Portal within 14 days of order fulfillment
    • the item must then be received by us within 7-10 days of initiating your return
  • INTERNATIONAL - your return or exchange must be initiated via our Returns Portal within 21 days of order fulfillment
    • the item must then be received by us within 14-21 days of initiating your return
  • in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags
  • in its original packaging
  • must not smell of perfume, deodorant, body odour, cosmetics or washing powder
  • must not be jewellery, swimwear, bodysuits or undergarments. (for clarity, shoes, handbags and hats can be returned if they meet our returns criteria).
  • your item(s) must not be a final sale or clearance item


 

We do not cover any shipping or freight costs for your returns. We do not offer refunds for the original shipping cost of your return.

 

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@allaboutmay.com. If your return is accepted. Please package the garments and send back to our warehouse. We do not cover any shipping or freight costs for your returns.
